T'ai Chi Gong is a moving meditation that brings us body awareness and joy, stress reduction and improved muscle tone. Doable by anyone regardless of age, physical condition, or religion. This form can be modified to suit each individual's needs and abilities.
Benefits of T’ai Chi Gong include reduced anxiety, blood pressure control, improved circulation, coordination, bone density, balance, and physical endurance, increased energy and joy, better concentration and sleep, inner peace and contentment.
This peaceful, quiet, slow, easy to learn practice requires no special clothing or equipment. It is done on-spot and requires very little space. Benefits are often felt within the first few hours of practice and with regular practice the positive healing effects become more pronounced.
